During winter time the beautiful Christmas market lures, during summer time the "Monschauer Klassik" makes hearts leap for joy.
Many circular routes and also the popular "Eifelsteig" are directly available and they are one of the reasons why Monschau is an excellent travel destination for ramblers or nature lovers. The national park "Eifel" is another favored destination. It had always been like that. Clamber one of the many footpaths, enjoy the fresh air and the culture events.
