Our homely vacation home (ca. 60m²) is situated in a secluded location in countryside with a very special, beautiful and unspoiled view to the historic city as well as to the "Hallerruine", which is the building right towards the house. The vacation home was renovated in the summer of 2012 and has, besides a living-dining room with a kitchen unit, a spacious bedroom and is ideally suited for 2-4 persons. The dwelling is being rented since September 2012 and offers a new and appealing equipment.
The comfortable bedroom has a double bed plus a single bed, in the living-dining room you can also convert the couch into a 1,40m broad bed. The dwelling invites to spend some time in it after an eventful day and also offers a flatscreen TV, a selection of reading material and table games.
You can make use of our WLAN for the whole stay for free.
In the completely equipped kitchen unit, which has a stove with four hotplates, an oven, a coffee machine, a toaster and a water boiler in addition to the standard components, you can cook your favorite dishes.
The bathroom is composed of a shower/WC and there is also a room close to it, which can be used as a dressing room as it includes a wardrobe. Hand soap, towels and a hair dryer are on hand.
The outdoor area of the dwelling consists of a huge terrace, which spreads out over the whole side of the house and invites to drink a glass of wine during the warm season. Sitting there you will have a dreamlike lookout over Monschau and to the "Hallerruine", which is spotlighted in the evening and ensures an incomparable view.
